The bright apartment features three large bedrooms and three bathrooms, two ensuite and one with a laundry room. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge in the heart of Venice's historic center, in a typical and quiet residential area yet still filled with shops, bars, and restaurants along the charming Strada Nova.

It can accommodate eight guests (+2) in a relaxed atmosphere for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Venice. The apartment features individually controlled air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, and a free Netflix subscription on all televisions. The sofas/daybeds, curtains, beds, and bedspreads are made of fine Venetian velvet.

– Three spacious bedrooms with typical exposed beams and fine wood-effect floors. One suite, in typical Venetian red, features a double bed and a stunning hotel-style daybed that can be converted into a comfortable, spacious single bed, along with Venetian-inspired mirrors and lamps. The second suite, in delicate golden brown tones, also features an elegant ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with soft bath linens and toiletries.

– One bathroom with a shower and all toiletries includes a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer available for guest use.

– A spacious and delightful living room, also embellished with typical Venetian stone walls and exposed beams, features three comfortable armchairs and two luxurious velvet hotel-style daybeds that can be converted into comfortable, spacious single beds.

– A cozy and very well-equipped kitchen/dining room with exposed Murano glass lights, complete with a large refrigerator, stovetop, and oven, as well as a kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people.

• Upstairs:

– The spacious third suite, "Nido dell'Oca," also featuring fine wood-effect floors and an ensuite bathroom, features a comfortable double bed and a stunning hotel-style daybed in luxurious velvet, which can be converted into a spacious single bed if needed. It is also bright and features typical exposed beams, and is elegantly furnished in shades of Venetian purple, with Venetian-inspired mirrors and lamps.
